FAREWELL

FAREWELL  Padlet has been selected to sum up the knowledge I have acquired during this term. It includes all the ICT tools that have been used, as well as short notes about them. They have been sorted according to their complexity with green, yellow and red labels. At the beginning of the time line, there is a voice file that explains my contribution with this tool. Here below you can take a look of it. Checking this kind of tasks, you as a teacher can realise how hard your students have worked!

BACK TO 1256 - VIDEO CLIP

The video we have created can be visualised by fourth grades in the area of Social Science. In this way, students will be able to compare and analyse some differences between the present and the past (XIII century): Awesome landscapes that have been replaced by buildings and roads. Healthy food that has been substituted by fast food. Male supremacy which is being switched into gender equality.  In the video, a couple from the present travel in time to 1256 thanks to an awesome dream. There, they meet an other loving couple who show them habits, attitudes and landscapes they have in that period of time. In this line, the “modern couple” exchange with them their own belongings such as masks and doritos. Tha...

STORYBOARD A VIDEO PROJECT

Before recording the video clip, we had to create a storyboard that sequences the different scenes of the film. In this way, by taking a look at our storyboard you can easily guess what the video clip is about.  To design the storyboard, we have employed the app StoryboardThat. You don’t have to watch one hundred videos on YouTube to know how to use it. It´s very simple.Although it isn’t a complex tool, it has a lot of characters and scenes to create a personalised stoary board, which will represent the most important scenes of the video clip. Furthermore, characters have different positions and facial expressions to represent specifically where the characters are situated, and how they feel. Finally, you can decide the format of your stoary board, adding more strips if you need it. While we were designing the stoary board, we were also making the dialogues that characters would later reproduce. In addition, the several recourses that this app provides, also give us ideas to...
